PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enabling a management section to easily grasp the conditions of workers of SOHO with simple configuration so as to deal with the change of working style into new work environment in a work environment connecting a router device installed in the SOHO and the management section or the like at a distant place through a communication line. SOLUTION: In a router system accommodating plural user terminals 120, this router system is provided with a monitoring means 111 for monitoring the communication enable/disable state of each of user terminals 120 and an editing and communicating means 112 for editing and transmitting the information on the communication enable/disable state of each of user terminals 120 when the communication enable/disable state is changed in any one of respective user terminals 120.
