PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of conducting power shut-down sequence completely and increasing the voltage output time of a low voltage power circuit with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This power circuit includes a first power circuit 10 outputting a first voltage Voh, a capacitor C1 connected to an output terminal of the first power circuit 10 in parallel, a second power circuit 20 outputting a second voltage Vol lower than the first voltage Voh, and a voltage conversion circuit 30 voltage-converting electric power stored in the capacitor C1 if power supply to the first power circuit 10 is stopped, and supplying it to the output terminal of the second power circuit 20.
