PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method giving the restriction at the time of arranging pluses in tracks in order to perform more balanced coding with respect to uttered voices. SOLUTION: The inefficiency property of arrangement of track positions can be removed by carrying out an additional restrictive condition so that pluses can be effectively arranged in pulse position tracks. The signal quality of a decoded signal is improved by carrying out an additional condition giving restriction with respect to the arrangement of pulses in tracks whilst a signal is coded. |
