PURPOSE: A small vessel propeller and method for manufacturing the same is provided, in which propeller body is formed of FRO, to thereby simplify manufacturing processes and reduce manufacturing cost, while decreasing weight of the propeller. CONSTITUTION: A propeller(2) comprises a casing(13) through which a propeller shaft(5) with a bearing penetrates, and which has an inclined portion(14) formed at the outer periphery of the front end of the casing and a protruded ring(15) formed along the outer periphery of the rear end of the casing; a cylinder installation opening(12) into which an end of the rod of a cylinder(7) for adjusting angle of the propeller is inserted and coupled by a pin(12a); and a propeller body(17) having a central horizontal portion through which the casing penetrates in a horizontal direction, a vertical connection plate(9) and a steering key(10) arranged in a vertical direction onto and beneath the central horizontal portion, respectively, and an air inlet prevention plate arranged in a horizontal direction onto the vertical connection plate, and which has the cylinder installation opening, wherein the steering key, central horizontal portion, vertical connection plate, air inlet prevention plate and a reinforcing blade(16) are formed into a single unit.
