PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for preparing snack filled with stuffing therein, thereby providing various snacks, such as breads, confectioneries, cakes and the like, especially filled with stuffing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preparing snack filled with stuffing comprises the followings: (a) an out side extrusion unit of raw materials consisting of a raw material hopper(22) for storing the raw materials temporarily, one pair of exterior screws(15, 16) equipped in parallel thereto such that the raw materials supplied from the raw material hopper are extruded, and a cylinder frame(18) installed at outside of the exterior screws; (b) an inside extrusion unit of raw materials consisting of a raw material hopper(21) for storing the raw materials temporarily and one pair of interior screws(13, 14) with a nozzle(17) installed in parallel at the end of the extrusion extending to the inside of exterior screw such that raw materials supplied from the raw material hopper is extruded; (c) an ejection equipment(30) for ejecting snacks filled with stuffing, installed at the front end of the outside extrusion unit of raw materials and the inside extrusion unit of raw materials; and (d) a driving means for both outside and inside extrusion units of raw materials.
