PURPOSE: A method for hemming press processed goods and hemming dies for producing the cover of a gas tank door for a car applying the same are provided to complete hemming operation with one time of press operation by mounting hemming dies which are changed according to the shape and size on an ordinary press. CONSTITUTION: In a hemming method producing processed goods by forming an ordinary hemming producing part which is produced by simultaneously bending the flange of an outer plate to 180 degrees of an angle and inserting/pressing the end part of an inner plate, the method for hemming press processed goods comprises the process of inserting/pressing the end part of the inner part into the guide part as the flange is being bent to 180 degrees of an angle by guiding a flange which is bending formed to 90 degrees of an angle to an exterior angle of the outer plate to a round type guide part having a certain diameter.
