PURPOSE: An earphone/microphone device having an audio exchange function of a wireless type is provided to be simplified in use and treatment by connecting a control module and a headset connected a portable communication terminal and a portable audio reproducing device by the wireless type. CONSTITUTION: A control module(10) controls a selective reproduction and process of a conversation voice of a portable communication terminal and an audio from a portable audio reproducing device and a background music process of the audio to the conversation voice. A head set(26) is connected with the control module(10) by wireless for outputting the conversation voice of the control module(10) and the audio, inputting the conversation voice, and recording/reproducing the conversation voice.
