The flexible sealing and insulating profile has an elastic, strip-form base body(2) and with two or more connecting sections(3) to connect and hold the components being sealed. Several connecting lips(6) and/or protrusions are provided on the base body and/or on the connecting sections to connect the sealing and insulating profile to the components and/or to the insulating materials. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the construction of prefabricated walls, plaster walls and suchlike, and with the proposed sealing and insulating profile between the wall components and floor or ceiling, or adjacent wall. |
