<p>A deaerator, comprising a tubular body having a supply port allowing liquid to be fed therein and a delivery port allowing the liquid to be discharged therefrom and at least one tubular film inserted into the tubular body, specifying a flow path directing from the supply port to the delivery port between the tubular film and the tubular body, and not allowing, due to a reduced pressure, the liquid to be passed through the flow path but allowing dissolved gas in the liquid to be permeated, wherein at least a part of the flow path is positioned on the lower side on the downstream side than on the upstream side so as to form a bubble stopping part preventing produced air bubbles from flowing to the downstream side.</p> |
