The device has an electrical contact arrangement (30) for making an electrical connection between the components and a mechanical connection arrangement with at least one synthetic ring (26) held in an opening (16) in a first component (2,4,6) and a journal-shaped attachment section (14) of a second component (1,8). When the journal-shaped part is inserted into the opening the ring is compressed and the electrical contact arrangement is engaged.
