PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver plural kinds of reports from plural groups to one customer at a time for reducing various expenses for delivery and, etc., and to enable the customer to easily manage reports, with respect to a comprehensive guidance report system and a name collection data management system, which issue guidance reports from plural groups to the same customers. SOLUTION: Data lists 8A and, etc., for business form generation related to customers in each enterprise, whom characteristic IDs in the enterprise are given to are provided, and uniform IDs related to characteristic IDs given to all customers are given to perform name collection in a name collection data processing means 13, and a data file of each customer obtained by using an ID conversion table 19 in a name collection management means 14 and an integrated customer DM 20 is generated and is stored in a forwarding file DB 15. Reports are made by a form making means 16 and are enclosed in an envelope, to be forwarded to each customer by an enclosing means 17. |
