PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mediate in reservation for store use between a customer and a store in real time as the both desire. SOLUTION: A terminal SHTi of the store and a terminal UTi of the user, and a server 107 and a database 102 are connected through a network 101. The store register store information including store name data, seat vacancy information, and information showing features of services that the store provides in a store information table 104. Reservation information, sent by the user, which shows store information on a store desiring reservation for use is received by the server 107. A store list notification function 109 retrieves store information which meets the reservation information from the table 104 according to the received reservation information and outputs it through the terminal UTi of the user. The user reserves the use of the store by a store reserving function 113 by using information on the desired store according to the outputted store information. |
