PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise prevention sheet for efficient noise countermeasure for an electronic part. SOLUTION: A noise prevention sheet 1 is provided which is pasted to an IC chip C mounted on a circuit board 31 and suppresses the noise occurring from the IC chip C. A metal sheet piece 2 and insulating films 3 for sandwiching it from front and rear sides are provided. The sheet piece 2 is provided with an extension part 7 at its one end which is connected to a land 32 as a ground terminal of a circuit board 31.
