PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diazonium compound-containing photosensitive solution having improved preservability. SOLUTION: In the photosensitive solution containing an aromatic diazonium compound (a) and an organic solvent (b) capable of dissolving the aromatic diazonium compound, an ethylenic double bond-containing compound (c) is contained and this compound (c) has a lower boiling point than the organic solvent (b) or can exhibit azeotropy with the organic solvent in the composition of the photosensitive solution.
