PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily copy sigils of digitally copiable contents and prohibited contents to a recording medium even if these signals are mingled. SOLUTION: Whether digital copying is prohibited or not is discriminated for all of the copy music to be copied to a mini-disk 200 by reproducing a CD-R disk 100 when the digital signals of the contents recorded at the disk 100 are digitally recorded at the disk 200. A signal selection/conversion processing section 80 is controlled by an operation control section 90, by which the digital signals of digital copying prohibition are so controlled as not to be supplied to the mini-disk 200. For example, the analog signals SaR of all the copy music are supplied to a mini-disk loading section 40 or the analog signals of only the copy music of the digital copying prohibition are supplied.
