PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rocking of a rotor of a rotor device. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 18 of a rotor 15 is fitted to a bearing part of a base member 17. An annular balancing magnet 37 is attached to the upper surface of the base member 17, an annular magnetic component facing the magnet 37 is provided on the lower surface of the rotor 15, and the balancing magnet 37 and the flat magnetic component are made to come closer to each other. The rotor is always attracted by the magnetic force of the balancing magnet 37, so that the rocking caused by the rotation of the rotor can be suppressed.
