PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a tab of desired thickness without influenced by a plate thickness of a terminal material. SOLUTION: The tab 10A is composed of flat base part 12, a flat piled-up part 14 which is continuing to a side edge of this base part 12 via a nearly U-shaped folding part 13 and which corresponds to this base part 12 in parallel, and an overlay part 15 to extend in nearly right angle from an end edge of this piled-up part 14 abutting on the base part 12. The thickness ta of the tab 10A is made possible to be arbitrarily set regardless of the plate thickness tb of the terminal material by the changing the curvature of folding part 13 and the protruding size tc of the overlay part 15.
