PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly precise reproduction and recording of information by preventing the vibration of a magnetic head, and to provide a magnetic disk device high in reliability by preventing the magnetic head from colliding with the surface of the magnetic disk or the magnetic disk device from crashing. SOLUTION: In the disk device whose shaft to support a disk 102 turnably is housed in an enclosure 100, a shielding body 20 extended in the direction parallel to the shaft is disposed around the shaft of the inside surface of the enclosure 100, and a space 20a is formed between the shielding body 20 and the internal surface and between the shielding bodies 20 and the bottom surface of the enclosure 100.
