PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an automatic teller machine to effectively collect only external money of a kind which can not be recycled by having information showing whether or not external money of the kind which can not be recycled is stored as internal state of a mixing stacker by the money kinds and storing money in a collection stacker, returning money to the mixing stacker, or storing money in a collection cassette according to the mentioned information. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with recycle stackers which are provided for every money kind, pay off cash at the time of payment, and can be replenished with cash at any time, a mixing stacker which temporarily stores different kinds of money, a 1st means for setting money kinds which are not recycled among the kinds of money stored in the mixing stacker, and a 2nd means which stores cash paid off from the mixing stacker in a collection cassette or returns it to the mixing cassette when the kind of the cash is set as money kind which is not recycled.
