PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a valve opening and closing controller for improving the setting precision of a valve opening degree in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A position command PS and a present position Pf are supplied to a position control circuit APR. The position control circuit APR calculates a deviation between the position command PS and the present position Pf, and supplies a current value signal Io to an adder AD. The adder AD adds the current vague signal Io to a pulsating current command signal Im alternating between positive and negative values. The current value signal Io and the pulsating current command signal Im added by the adder AD are supplied as a current command signal Ic to a current control circuit ACR. In the current control circuit ACR, the current command signal Ic is compared with a current detection signal Is, and a signal corresponding to a deviation between the signal Ic and the signal Is is supplied to a drive circuit DV. A driving control signal is supplied from the drive circuit DV to an armature current control circuit ACC, supply currents to a motor DCM are controlled and the opening degree of a slottle valve is controlled.
