PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic developing device which facilitates maintenance work and is high in its working rate. SOLUTION: The upstream side of a drying section 46 of the photographic developing device is provided with a loading section 38 for loading a squeezing unit 40 formed by unitizing a squeezing section disposed at the photographic developing device. As a result, the squeezing unit 40 is made freely attachable and detachable and therefore when the need for washing the squeezing unit 40 arises, only the squeezing unit 40 is merely necessitated to be taken out and washed for the easier washing work. Another squeezing unit already subjected to the washing is loaded after the squeezing unit 40 is taken out, by which the immediate use of the photographic developing device is made possible and therefore the working rate of the photographic developing device may be enhanced.
