SOLUTION: In this image pickup device 25, in the case that a signal transmission cable 46 or the like is disconnected and it is desired to change only the signal transmission cable 46, a series of the changing repairs of cutting a third sealing resin 49 with a machining tool or the like, exposing a terminating part 45, detaching the signal transmission cable 46, attaching a new signal transmission cable 46 thereafter and filling the third sealing resin 49 again are performed. In this case, since nothing to be an obstacle at the time of cutting the third sealing resin 49 is present around an external lead 42, the repair can be performed easily.
