PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize integral operability and an integral interface to the units of an automobile by providing a device for manually operating the units of the automobile, and to allow a user to quickly and comfortably operate the units of the automobile. SOLUTION: Two-dimensional movement and/or three-dimensional movement is performed by the first operating element of this device, and a function is started at the display part of a display by another operating element, and a base station is connected to the display in this device for manually operating the units of an automobile.
