PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast reception system capable of recording a program viewed before being switched to the program viewed at present. SOLUTION: In this digital broadcast reception system in which plural reception terminals 101 and 121 are connected by a network 141, at least one terminal 101 of the plural reception terminals is provided with a storage means 106 for storing television signals received by the reception terminal 101 and the television signals inputted via the network 141, reproducing means 107-109 for reproducing the television signals received by the reception terminal 101, the television signals inputted via the network 141 or the stored television signals, a means for selecting the reception terminal in a non-reception state from the plural reception terminals every time a tuning command not in a tuning history is issued and a means for transmitting the television signals received by the selected reception terminal to the storage means 106 directly or through the network.
