The invention aims at providing means for matching the colour of an ornamental piece such as a jewel with one's dress. In order to limit the number of different jewels required, the invention proposes to make part of the jewel interchangeable so that it matches the outfit worn. To achieve this, the jewel comprises a support (1) and a removable part (3) which includes a pin (6). Said pin (6) is urged to be housed in a pear-shaped orifice (5) located in a sliding plate (4) secured to the support (1). Thus, the removable part (3) is securely maintained on the support (1) by the pin (6) which comprises a groove (7), the latter being locked in the tapered part of the orifice (5) of the sliding plate (4).
