The invention concerns a computer equipment for supervision of computer or telecommunication equipment, networks and services comprising a computer server controlled by a programme managing configurations of a pool of equipment, monitoring dysfunction of the computer network connecting said equipment items, processing data concerning network performances and managing computer security means. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a computer provided with a storage wherein is recorded a database containing files describing each object, including predetermined attributes and at least a free attribute parameterable by the user.
