The balloon wheel or spiral produces the effect of a fictitious wheel crown (1). The visible marking of this wheel crown consists of passive lift bodies (2) positioned at equal or unequal spacing along the wheel crown, and at least one further passive lift body (3) positioned at the height of the center point of the wheel.
