The device has a single or bi-conical antenna with at least one stimulator unit. All individual parts are electrically conducting and connected. The stimulation unit has upper and lower plates separated by a screen with horizontal and/or vertical slots controlable by electronic components to produce high or low impedance states in their radiation characteristic, whereby electronic beam tilting is achieved. The device has a single- or bi-conical antenna with one or two conical frustums (1,5) and at least one stimulator unit (3) on the plane of a frustum parallel to the base surface. All individual parts are electrically conducting and are electrically connected and at least one insulated stimulation element is provided. The stimulation unit has an upper and a lower plate (2,4) and at least one central stimulator element. The plates are separated by a slotted screen at the edge with horizontal and/or vertical slots controlable by electronic components to produce high or low impedance states in their radiation characteristic, whereby electronic beam tilting is achieved.
