To prevent the formation of condensation at cold bridge surfaces (6), such as at windows, a restricted artificial temperature inversion is induced towards the inner room space by an active unit at the cold bridge (1) with an artificially-held cold point to give a targeted water precipitation. The active unit is a Peltier element or a miniaturized cold pump.
