The present invention relates to a free internet phone system and a service system for internet local advertisement using geometric information system (GIS). The display part of the inventive system comprises one part of the display providing internet phone which is calling service on web; and the other part of the display providing a map on which the location of person on said internet phone is indicated. Additionally, in the inventive system, with an established shop name on said map confirmed, the internet phone call can be immediately made by clicking the shop name. Furthermore, the present invention provides a function that when one shop name is clicked, detail information of said shop will be displayed and an internet phone call to said shop will be prepared. Also the present invention provides the automatic search on the map, which by inputting address and shop name, can offer the corresponding location on the map and the information of the shop or address.
