<p>The invention concerns - the amyloid precursor protein --- binding protein and polynucleotide encoding it. The invention also concerns the process of producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technique. The methods for treating many diseases, e.g. Alzheimer's disease, malignant tumor, hemopathy, disorder of embryo development, infection of HIV, immunological diseases and a variety of inflammation etc. utilizing the polypeptide are disclosed. The invention discloses the antagonist against the polypeptide and therapeutics therof. The invention also discloses the uses of the polynucleotide, which encodes the amyloid precursor protein---binding protein.</p> |
