An audio data distributing method for distributing audio data from a distributing server to terminal devices by means of two-way communication. Audio data identification information and data on an audition period or audition frequency are transmitted (P18, P24) to a distributing server from a terminal device, the distributing server transmits (P26) to the terminal device audio data in the received audio data identification information and the received data on an audition period or audition frequency, as well as charges (P30) to the terminal device according the audio data and the audition period or audition frequency, and the terminal device renders the received audio data non-reproducible when an audition period for the received audio data has elapsed or an audition frequency is reached, whereby providing an audio data distributing method permitting low-cost sales provided with a short-period or limited-period audition, or sales provided with a limited-frequency audition.
