A cold forging; which is capable of eliminating such a problem that, when a cold forging comprising a disk-shaped bottom part and an annular outwardly facing flange part with a specified thickness extending in radial outer direction from the upper surface outer peripheral edge of the bottom part is manufactured by a semi-drawing forming, a wall thickness of a connection portion between the outer peripheral edge part of the bottom part and the inner peripheral part of the outwardly facing flange part is thinned and a strength thereof is insufficient; and which is a disk-shaped cold forging having a circular recessed portion at the center part thereof, characterized by comprising a disk-shaped bottom part (11), a cylindrical rise wall part (12) thicker than the plate of the bottom part, and an annular outwardly facing flange part (13) extending in radial outer direction from the tip outer peripheral edge of the rise wall part.
