A method of selectively eliminating parasitic zero-frequency quantities (of stator currents and stator voltages) in the voltage correcting range of polyphase machines, esp. during their low-frequency operation, without a rotary (position) transducer involves forming an angle-argument Xi(Tau) from a signal n's of the normalised stator angular frequency (ns).
