The operating mechanism has a drive shaft (2) positioned inside the open cross section of a hollow shaft (1) which is rotatably mounted inside at least two horizontally spaced apart bearings (5,6). The drive shaft extends along from the hollow shaft's longitudinal axis (8) and is form and/or force lock connected to a hollow shaft section support between the bearings.
