Production of a thrust washer unit comprising washers (12., 12') linked to each other by bridging components (11) comprises producing the bridging components by injection molding from a flexible polymer. These are then bonded to the thrust washers which are made from wear-resistant material. Independent claims are included for: (a) production of a thrust washer unit as above, but in which the bridging units are cut from flexible sheet; and (b) a differential drive for a vehicle which contains the thrust washer unit.
