Control device of internal combustion engine, controls throttle opening for confirming target air packing capacity after shifting phase of throttle opening

An electronic control unit (ECU) sets up the norm model of the target-in-cylinder air packing capacity based on the demand torque. The phase of the throttle opening is shifted by the time deviation of lag time (Z-L) and response lag time (Z-m) of throttle valve. The throttle opening is controlled to conform the target air packing capacity. The ECU calculates the amount of inflow of fuels in-cylinder based on target fuel ratio and norm model. The fuel injection quantity is controlled to target valve considering the fuel transportation delay due to an intake of air-type wall surface adhesion fuel. An Independent claim is also included for internal combustion engine control method.
