PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary lining structure in tunnel inner surface in which a board can be extremely easily arranged on the inner surface of a tunnel. SOLUTION: A hook-like board-side locking part 22a provided on the board 10 is engaged with a hook-shape tunnel-side locking part 18a provided on the inner surface 11a of the tunnel 11, whereby the board 10 is arranged on the inner surface of the tunnel 11.
