SOLUTION: A pair of damper member 61 are interlocked with a nozzle 170 of the private parts washing means 70, and it is made possible to switch to the deodorization state and hot air state. Also, by oscillating a pair of the damper members 61 to the deodorization state and hot air state, one absorbing and exhausting air duct 30 becomes communicating with a suction hole 52 and an exhaust hole 53 of an air blower 50 respectively, and the one air suction and exhaust duct 30 can be used both at the air suction time and exhaust time.
