PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stationary and movable bucket dredging device, by which dredging works are enabled safely within a wide range surely at positions, where the depth of water variously differs, such as a dam storage reservoir and a pontoon can be stationed and moved by the mechanism of the dredging device even under the topographic constraint of the position of installation. SOLUTION: In the stationary and movable bucket dredging device, two pairs of the bucket dredging devices A, A, which are hung down from the pontoon 1 and stretched around a section between the pontoon 1 and the bottom of water, in which buckets 2, 2, etc., are installed to a rotary moving means and which move the buckets 2, 2, etc., along the bottom of water and conduct dredging, are connected by the two wire ropes 10 of a connecting means, in which the state of connection is changed, and reaction received by the raking-in of soil and sand by the buckets 2, 2, etc., is worked to the pontoon through the rotary moving means and the bucket dredging devices A, A are mounted stationarily and movably by the rotation or reverse rotation of the rotary moving means.
