PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhole cover capable of effectively preventing a slip with a tire of a two wheeler even in a rainy day and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the manhole cover using a neat construction method has a process of blowing and executing rein on a surface of the manhole cover and a process of spraying a nonslipping material before hardening the blown and executed resin.
