RIVET FASTENING CASING AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet fastening casing to improve working efficiency and perform high-precise assembly without increasing a manufacturing cost and to provide a method for manufacturing for the rivet fastening casing. SOLUTION: The rivet fastening casing comprises a front frame body 10 and a back frame body 20 having first fastening parts 14 and 24, respectively; a beam fitment 30 having a second fastening part 34 fastened against the first fastening part to intercouple the front frame body and the back frame body; and a rivet 50 to fasten together the first fastening part for the front frame body and the back frame and a second fastening part for the beam fitment. The second fastening part 34 of the beam fitment 30 has a step part 35 for the thickness of the first fastening part 14.
