PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a weatherstrip having an approximately figure 8 shaped hollow section with a sealed hollow chamber and another hollow chamber to be deflected in approximately the same way at all times regardless of input direction at the closure of a door panel. SOLUTION: In the weatherstrip 30 mounted in openings 2 and 2a in a vehicle body, a partition wall 31 between the sealed hollow chamber 7a and the other hollow chamber 8a is tilted in a direction in which the extension line of the partition wall 31 in its cross-sectional direction is rotated counterclockwise toward the interior of the vehicle, so that a right angle or a greater angle θis always formed between each part and the opening/closing direction F of the door panel 12. |
