METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FERTILIZER FROM GARBAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cost effectively, simply and easily manufacturing a fertilizer from garbage. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the fertilizer from the garbage includes (a) a stage for forming lactic acid by subjecting the garbage to lactic acid fermentation; (b) a stage for separating the garbage to a fermentation liquid containing the lactic acid formed in the stage (a) and a fermentation residue; (c) a stage for esterifying the lactic acid in the fermentation liquid by subjecting the fermentation liquid separated in the stage (b) to an esterification reaction; (d) a stage for separating the fermentation liquid to a liquid phase containing the lactate obtained by the stage (c) and an esterification residue; (e) a stage for obtaining a pH control fermentation residue obtained by subjection the fermentation residue separated in the stage (b) to a treatment to increase a pH value when pH value of the fermentation residue is lower than the pH value adequate for use as a fertilizer; and (f) a stage for recovering at least one residue among the fermentation residue separated in the stage (b), the pH control fermentation residue obtained by subjecting the fermentation residue to pH control agent treatment at need in the stage (e) and the esterification residue separated in the stage (d).
