PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device of an electric equipment part for enhancing operational reliability by inexpensively pressing an overload relay to a compressor upper surface without depending on an external appearance of the overload relay. SOLUTION: A level different part 8 and a semicircular projecting part 9 are arranged in a terminal cover 3. The overload relay 7 is pressed down. The center of the overload relay 7 is also pressed to the compressor upper surface by a cylindrical part 15 and a semicircular projecting part 14, and is constituted so that the reverse of the overload relay 7 is surely brought into close contact with the compressor upper surface.
