PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved waste storing container having an exchangeable filter capable of discharging gas generated during storage as occasion arises, surely keeping the sealing performance of a stored material in addition to gas discharge, easily holding high sealing capability as occasion arises, and allowable to fill a fluidity filler as occasion arises. SOLUTION: This waste storing container having a gas discharge hole with a screw cover has a gas discharge hole passing from a handling head top into the container 10 is the center of a handling head 11. The gas discharge hole is formed so as to have a large diameter part, a medium diameter part, and a small diameter part form the upper part to the lower part, an upper differential stop 16 is formed between the large diameter part and the medium diameter part and a lower differential step 17 is formed between the medium diameter part and the small diameter part. A screw type filter cartridge 20 having a gas discharge port in a screw formed in the inner circumference of the small diameter part of the gas discharge hole is detachably screwed so as to be locked in the lower differential step, and a screw type cover 30 in a screw formed in the inner circumference of the large diameter part of the gas discharge hole is detachably screwed so as to be locked in the upper differential step.
