PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet using a polyolefinic film as a surface base material, especially containing a polypropylene film as a base, excellent in conventional printing aptitude such as photogravure, relief printing, offset printing, etc., and in UV flexography aptitude, having good printing aptitude, and being suitable for an indication label. SOLUTION: In an adhesive sheet laminated with a surface base material, an adhesive layer and an separating sheet, the adhesive sheet excellent in printing aptitude and in transparency is a polyolefinic film treated with elongation of the surface base material and provides a treated layer containing a resin modified with an oxazoline group as a component on the surface not forming the adhesive layer of the film.
