Method for producing hollow bodies by liquid injection moulding

Manufacturing a hollow body by injecting a liquid composition into a mold. The composition includes a thermoplastic polymer and reinforcing fibers with a length/diameter ratio ≥ 20 and particles with a length/diameter ratio ≤ 20. The injection liquid may be water and the composition includes a nucleating agent. The thermoplastic may be 10 - 60 wt % of the whole composition. The fibers may be glass, ceramic, carbon or thermostable polymer. The particles may be glass.
