PURPOSE: Provided is a kind of dairy food containing natural germanium with herbs, which promotes the palatability of the processed food and has excellent pharmacological effects with the unique flavor of the herbs. CONSTITUTION: The dairy food includes 1.9-3.34ppb of water containing natural germanium and 0.5g of insam, 2g of Job's tear, 0.4g of Lycium chinense MILL. and 0.1g of licorice well dehydrated and pulverized into fine powder respectively as additives. The healthful ingredients are added to the dairy food before being processed.
