METHOD FOR MANAGING PASSWORD IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for managing a password in a mobile communication terminal is provided to manage the password used when being connected with a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server in the mobile communication terminal with a GSM(Global Systems for Mobile Communications) type. CONSTITUTION: A control unit judges whether it is connected with a WAP server through a wireless transceiving unit(410). If it is connected with the WAP server, the control unit judges whether a password used for security is requested from the WAP server through the wireless transceiving unit(420). If the password is requested from the WAP server, the control unit accesses the password stored in an SIM(Subscriber Identification Module)(430). The control unit provides the password accessed from the SIM to the WAP server through the wireless transceiving unit(440).
